Welcome to the wonderful world of Neurographic Art! During our time together we will begin with a soundbath to relax, ground and connect before moving on to our canvas. Neurographic art awakens dormant nueroconnections which stimilates positive change helping overcome limiting beliefs and harmonize your life. This meditative art form relies on the brain's ability to change by forming new neural pathways so the mind becomes more relaxed, tension subsides, and our perception shifts. I have used art as part of my healing journey. Art has deepened my connections with others and the world around me. When my husband and I experienced our children leaving the nest on top of having our home and belongings up in flames from a fire we were able to reconnect through group art classes. We were able to let go of trauma and process together that led to us reconnecting through meditation and art. Through my journey of art & sound I became aware of the power it holds.
