Service Description

In this class we will discuss personality types that the enneagram is created from in order to understand your motivations and fears. This will direct us to shadow work (reflection of impressions) to heal those parts of yourself you've rejected and tried to hide. I will guide you to practices that will assist letting go of the identities you've held onto that limit your life experience. Homework will be assigned for those who feel called to continue the journey of healing.
