Service Description

Join us in welcoming New Beginnings! We welcome you to our morning wake up. Where we center ourselves into the now for more clarity of mind and energy in the body. Together we will align with what the day brings. Class will include a variety of postures that improve balance, flexibility, stregnth, and relaxation while focusing on breathing. Class may include sequences and/or held postures. Yoga mats, blocks, and anything you may need for experience is provided. Feel free to bring your own essentials.
